Terms of Use for Manzil Services

These Terms of Use govern the use of the Manzil website, application, directory, Gurman AI concierge, and business dashboard.

2. Nature of the Service
Manzil is an information platform that enables users to search for, discover, compare, and contact local places and services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Manzil is not the owner, seller, lessor, or service provider of a business listed in the directory.
Directory information may come from businesses, users, or third-party sources. Business hours, prices, availability, addresses, menus, and service terms may change. Verify the information with the business before visiting or making a purchase.
3. Gurman AI
Gurman AI recommendations are provided for general information and guidance. It does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, safety, or availability of a result, or its suitability for your needs. An AI response is not definitive professional, medical, financial, or legal advice.
An AI recommendation must not be used as the sole basis for a legally significant decision. Users must independently verify important decisions and obtain confirmation from a human source.
4. Accounts and Use
Users must provide accurate information when registering and protect their account credentials. Unauthorized use in another person’s name, compromising system security, spam, fraud, illegal content, or conduct that violates another person’s rights is prohibited.
5. Business Profiles and Reviews
A business owner is responsible for the accuracy of information submitted for their profile and for having the right to provide it. Users must write reviews honestly, based on personal experience, and without insults, discrimination, threats, confidential information, or illegal advertising.
Manzil reserves the right to review, label, restrict, or remove content that violates the law, is misleading, fake, repetitive, or infringes rights. Use the Contact Manzil page to submit a request.
6. Advertising and Paid Placement
Paid placement, sponsorship, and advertising will be distinguished from organic recommendations and displayed with a clear label. Advertisers are responsible for their claims, prices, licenses, and offers. Manzil may reject misleading or illegal advertising.
7. Intellectual Property
The Manzil name, logo, design, software, texts, and database belong to Manzil or the relevant rights holders. Unauthorized copying, commercial scraping, redistribution, or circumvention of technical restrictions is prohibited.
By submitting a review or other content, the user grants Manzil a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and perpetual license to use, display, moderate, and promote that content in connection with operating the service; this license does not terminate the user’s ownership rights.
8. Third Parties
The service may link to third-party websites or map, calling, messaging, payment, or navigation services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply separately. Manzil is not responsible for the actions of third parties.
9. Payments and Business Services
If separate business services, advertising, or paid plans are offered, their price, duration, cancellation, billing, and refund terms will be specified in the order or a separate business agreement. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
10. Service Interruptions
We may temporarily restrict the service due to maintenance, security, legal requirements, or service development. Where possible, we will provide advance notice of significant changes.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Manzil is not liable for indirect damages, loss of anticipated profit, or the conduct of a third-party business. This section does not exclude mandatory consumer rights under the laws of Uzbekistan, liability for intentional harm, or liability that cannot be limited.
12. Changes
Updated terms take effect when published on this page or on the specified date. Users may receive additional notice of material changes.
13. Governing Law and Requests
These terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. To attempt to resolve a dispute before going to court, first submit a written request through Contact Manzil. Mandatory consumer rights and the right to contact competent authorities remain unaffected.
