2. What Information We Collect
Depending on the service, we may receive: name, email address, phone number, and account information; selected city, language, searches, and AI queries; saved places, requests, reviews, and business profile information; device, browser, IP address, logs, approximate location, and cookie identifiers; names, addresses, business hours, contact details, licenses, and service information submitted by businesses; and support correspondence and request history.
We generally do not request special-category, biometric, or genetic data and ask that you not submit such information unless necessary.
3. Purposes
Information is used to create accounts and provide the service; improve search and Gurman AI recommendations; manage reviews, saved items, and business profiles; maintain security and perform technical diagnostics; respond to requests; send marketing communications where consent is required; and address legal obligations and disputes.

5. AI and Automated Processing
Gurman AI may process queries to provide recommendations concerning places and services. Recommendations are informational in nature. We do not use an AI conclusion as the sole basis for a legally significant decision affecting a person’s rights, freedoms, or legitimate interests. 6. Who We Share Information With
Where necessary, information may be shared with hosting, technical support, email, analytics, security, mapping, navigation, communications, or authentication providers; with competent government authorities or courts where there is a legal basis; or with an authorized representative managing a business profile, limited to information relevant to that profile.
We do not sell information. Each provider should be subject to a review and contractual process covering purpose, confidentiality, security, and the return/deletion of data.
7. Processing Outside Uzbekistan
Under the laws of Uzbekistan effective from March 27, 2026, special local storage requirements apply to biometric data, genetic data, and data concerning individuals who use the services of telecommunications operators operating in Uzbekistan.
Before storing or processing other categories of information abroad, Manzil will verify the applicable legal mechanism: whether the relevant country is recognized as providing adequate protection; standard contractual clauses or binding corporate rules that comply with the requirements of the competent authority; or approved international data management and storage standards.
Before publication, Manzil must separately verify its data map, provider list, server locations, and applicable State Register requirements.
8. Retention Period

We use organizational and technical measures, access restrictions, authentication, logging, backups, and encryption where necessary. No internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
